We converted this 5 unit property to a Tenancy in Common (like a condo). As the general contractor we renovated the interior and exterior according to the owner's preferences– making the units modern while maintaining the character and charm of the original Spanish style. We fully renovated the kitchen and the bathrooms. We repaired and refinished the natural wood floors, upgraded the electrical, added mini-split units for heating and cooling, added a wooden fence outside, automated the garage gate and upgraded the whole electrical meter system, digging a 40ft long, 3ft deep trench to hide it underground.
